    Confirm scope and order

    The standard Website Assessment is $249 for one domain with up to 500 public HTML pages. Larger website reviews and the $995, $1,995 and $3,995+ offers start with a scope request. We verify size, complexity, required evidence, deliverables, timing and total before payment.

    Provide context and access

    The Website Assessment uses five intake fields. Deeper audits use the context and read-only access or exports agreed for the engagement. We never need passwords through an intake form.

    Receive reviewed findings

    Analysis is followed by human analytical review, report production and a final quality check. You receive the findings, priorities and roadmap included in your chosen scope.

Scope verification

Know what is being counted.

Website size counts unique public HTML content pages. Images, PDFs, login screens and administration URLs are excluded. Blog pages count toward site size but are excluded from the Website Assessment’s key-page review.

The free check gives an initial public sitemap inventory. We flag incomplete inventories and verify redirects, duplicates, JavaScript routes and any missing evidence before confirming larger audit scope.

What to expect by offer

Website Assessment: up to 50 reviewer-selected main-site, non-blog pages. No private analytics access required. Target delivery: one business day after payment and complete, usable intake.

SEO Assessment: sitewide technical and on-page evidence within confirmed scope. Private Google account access is not required.

Comprehensive SEO Audit: adds Search Console, analytics, keywords, backlinks, competitor context and a 90-day roadmap.

Technical SEO Examination: uses the technical evidence and access agreed for the investigation. Delivery timing for deeper audits is confirmed before payment.

Our audits identify what is happening, what deserves attention and what to do next. They do not include implementation, ongoing management, formal accessibility or WCAG auditing, log-file analysis, template-level analysis or guaranteed rankings and business results.
